Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and major retailers, our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and efficiency for all customers.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required
Non‑returnable items include:
- Clearance or final‑sale items
- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Digital products
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Or store credit
Important:
We cannot process claims submitted after 7 days.
Return Process
Because we work with multiple suppliers (AutoDS, Walmart, Amazon, AliExpress, Home Depot, etc.), return instructions vary by product.
How returns work:

- We will review your request and confirm eligibility
- If approved, we will provide a return authorization and return address
- You must ship the item back within 10 days of approval
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
We cover return shipping if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was defective
- The wrong item was sent
Customer covers return shipping if:
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong size or color
- You no longer want the item
- The item does not meet your expectations
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to:
- Your original payment method
- Or store credit (if preferred)
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Items returned without authorization
- Items returned used or damaged
- Items outside the return window
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
Once an order has been:
- Submitted to the supplier
- Fulfilled
- Shipped
…it cannot be canceled.
If the order has already shipped, you must follow the return process after delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the shipping address
- Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Exchanges
Because we work with multiple suppliers, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired item
Items from Multiple Suppliers
Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different suppliers.
Each item may have:
- Different return addresses
- Different return procedures
- Different packaging
We will guide you through the correct return process for each item.
