SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options for our activewear and health products:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Product Care During Shipping Our activewear and health products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Health products are sealed and protected according to safety standards.

Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your D'Nette Athletics products! A prepaid return shipping label is included with every order for your convenience. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items that don't meet your expectations.

To initiate a return:

  1. Use the prepaid return label included in your shipment
  2. Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  3. Health products must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons
  4. Package items securely and attach the return label
  5. Drop off at any authorized carrier location

Please note: The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature upon delivery.

Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
